Terracing, retaining walls and concrete pad near Abbots Leigh
This project involved converting a steep wasteland into a useable space. The area was extremely overgrown and on a slope and so was currently unusable. We levelled the ground into three terraces using a digger and then constructed some block and stone retaining walls along with a concrete pad on the lower tier.

This project was all about maximising a limited area in terms of functionality and attractiveness. A very bare lifeless yard was to be transformed into a green area with some paving for table and chairs. I think this project represented one of the most dramatic transformations, and was completed in under a week.
